The North East & Yorkshire Net Zero Hub have announced a new round of grant funding focused on community energy projects.

The funding will help to kickstart local clean energy projects including:

- Small-scale wind farms and rooftop solar partnership, as well as battery storage.

- Rural heat networks.

- Electric vehicle charging points.

- Fuel poverty alleviation schemes such as energy efficiency, retrofit and advice projects.
